Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your Offrati account (the Offrati mobile app, published by Offrati) and the personal data associated with it. You can delete your account at any time — directly in the app, or by contacting us.

How to request account deletion in the app

  1. Open the Offrati app and make sure you are signed in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Request Deletion.

You are signed out immediately, and your account and the data listed below are permanently deleted within 30 days. This is permanent and cannot be undone. If you change your mind before then, email us (below) to cancel the request.

How to request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email us at [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

  • Your account profile — name, email address, password, profile photo, and any linked Google/Facebook/Apple sign-in identifiers.
  • Your push-notification tokens (so you stop receiving notifications).
  • Your service requests, including the details you entered and the approximate location set for each request.
  • Your in-app conversations and messages.
  • Offers you received in response to your requests.
  • Reviews and ratings you submitted.

What data is kept, and for how long

A limited set of records is retained after deletion, only where we are required or permitted to keep it:

  • Consent records — a record that you agreed to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (version, timestamp, and technical metadata) is kept as a legal compliance record for up to 24 months, then deleted.
  • Records required by law — information we must retain to comply with legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution obligations is kept only for the period required by applicable law, then deleted.
  • Anonymized data — aggregated or anonymized information that can no longer be used to identify you may be retained for analytics and service improvement.

Note: content that was shared with a service provider to fulfil a request (for example, the details of a request already sent to a matched provider) may remain in that provider's own records outside Offrati's control.
